Something is terribly wrong. Newsletters and websites, televisions and radios all sound like this, “pandemic this, pandemic that, coronavirus this, coronavirus that,” when no pandemic has occurred. Coronavirus is an excuse to kill people by making them suffocate themselves and vaccinated people continue to die of heart attacks related to asphyxia brought on by wearing coronavirus masks and restricting their breathing. Coronavirus is a nazi/communist operation and an excuse to continue to experiment on peoples minds, bodies and their children. People daily get brought to justice for being coronavirus terrorists. The World Health Organization’s emergency information portals in Spanish and English may be translated into any language.
And so the topic of the cost of books arose at California Community Colleges which are being targeted like Universities by coronavirus terrorists who believe their websites are not fraternal enough or alarming enough, California Community Colleges have long been solutions for education and not in solutions for terrorism. Students can come in and out of a typical California Community College without being penalized. They can take as long as they need to finish their degree. If they don’t have money for books California Community Colleges will find solutions. Free books should be available to students at any California College and not just one.
In a recent newsletter one book program is highlighted. This program is available to the 15,000 students at Crafton Hills and San Bernardino Valley Colleges. Educators should look closely at the free books making sure information is not some sort of INGSOC communist socialist educational experiment. e.g. pandemic this, pandemic that, coronavirus this, coronavirus that, climate change this, climate change that, the dinosaurs were wiped out here, the dinosaurs where wiped out there .
The crafted book enterprise is called a “rental program” which is an odd name. The program includes no-cost rentals for required equipment such as goggles, lab coats, and electronic devices, as well as books. The program began in fall 2021 and will continue through the spring 2022 semester. All students in the district are eligible to participate, regardless of income or whether they’re studying full- or part-time.
Traditionally when students buy books many are encouraged to sell their books after they are finished. This ensures students have no evidence of their education or nothing to refer to in their personal library. Every college student should, with great pride, keep and preserve their college textbooks. A young man or woman who went to college are the future of their nation and should have a personal library they can refer to and their personal library begins with their college texts. We keep ours preserved in plastic.
California does a great job of keeping community college tuition down. Ironically that means that sometimes books can be more expensive than the class itself which is par for the course and really no big deal. We value our college textbooks. Many people do. Any person truly dedicated to learning, values a well kept personal library.
So we looked at the project. Books+ is structured to be as simple as possible, and there is no paperwork to fill out. No paper work! Students should fill out paper work. Paperwork 101 is what life is all about. That is unless your one of those INGSOC inner party futurists who want do away with textbooks and move on with the Grand Master plan of creating a “prole” society. In this new program once students register for a class, the course materials list is automatically sent to the campus bookstore. One student says of the program.
“I registered for my classes, and a few days later got an email telling me to pick up my books,” recalls San Bernardino Valley student Elena Sanchez Paez. Last semester, she spent $260 on books. This year’s savings are a big plus, she says, because she’s had to buy a car.”
The two really do not compare. Cars costs thousands of dollars. Even a good used car. Students who can afford cars can easily afford books and for a student starting their personal library, accruing their college books should be one of their goals.
In the program when the materials are ready, students will receive a notification to pick up their books. All materials—with the exception of workbooks—must be returned at the end of the semester, or sooner if the student decides to drop the course.
California Community Colleges are being featured now more the United States Department of Education emergency account. There you will not find pandemic this or pandemic that, coronavirus this or coronavirus that, climate change this or climate change that etcetera.
